Managing Director’s Profile

Innocent Mthembu is a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant. He possesses BCom and BCom Honours in accounting both from University of Johannesburg. He completed his articles at Deloitte’s Johannesburg Office within the Financial Institutions Services Team (FIST). Some of his big clients as an audit trainee included First National Bank and Nedbank Limited.

He also led teams and Audit Senior in these audit jobs. Post qualifying, Innocent has held various positions including being Senior Consultant, Audit Manager and Senior Lecturer. He has served on Boards of Directors. Innocent is a corporate governance expert having consulted and lectured in this field for over eight years at different tertiary institutions. Innocent is currently completing his MBA with MANCOSA.

Innocent is passionate about development of small business and believes strongly in giving small businesses a chance and support to participate in the mainstream economy. He believes that human capability of any individual is beyond measure and all that people deserve is a chance. On his spare time Innocent loves to spend time with his family and reads about politics, sport and world economy.
